You may request your reservation online. We will contact you within 24 hours to confirm your reservation. If you need to make a reservation and it is less than 48 hours until your needed pick up time please call us at 336-793-0339 to check availability.

Special Instructions: If making reservations for round trip please enter one request for each part of the trip. Also when entering the arrival or departure time please only enter the scheduled times that the flight will arrive at the chosen airport or the departure time the flight is scheduled to leave the selected airport.

Rates:

WFU to / From GSO (Greensboro) - $55 each way
WFU to / From CLT (Charlotte) - $150 each way
WFU to / From RDU (Raleigh) - $150 each way

Important Information: Please note that the rates described above include normal driving times from the respective airport to campus, or from campus to the respective airport. The rates do not include excessive waiting times (Longer than 15 minutes) nor do they include delays or prolonged driving times due to heavy traffic, accidents etc... In the event of delays there will be additional charges applied at the rate of $10 per 15 minute. Cancellations must be provided in writing 48 hours before scheduled service. No refunds for cancellations less than 48 hours before scheduled service.
