Thank you for choosing Uptown Limousine Service for your Transportation needs. Use this form to make your online reservation request. Once you enter your information you r credit card will be "AUTHORIZED" only for the amount shown as the DEPOSIT for your reservation. Our Sedan services require a deposit of $50 and our Limousines require a deposit of $100 (except for Proms that require a $300 deposit). We will review your reservation request and contact you with the total cost of your reservation and to confirm your reservation. NO RESERVATION IS CONSIDERED ACCEPTED UNTIL WE REVIEW IT AND CONFIRM IT WITH YOU.
If your reservation request is accepted your card will be charged for the amount of the deposit. All deposits are non refundable
