We are proud to announce that we have added a new vehicle to our fleet. We now offer our brand new 2012 GMC Terrain for hourly and airport services.

When we started looking for a new vehicle to add to our hourly and airport services fleet the main concern we had was finding a new vehicle that provided comfort for our customers. The Terrain Delivered. The Terrain has an adjustable rear seat that can be moved up to 8 inches which provides the best leg room and comfort that we found.  Even a tall client will find comfort in our new Terrain. The vehicle has a comfortable, luxurious leather interior and the back door design has made entry and exit as easy as any vehicle we have found. A quite ride with a premium sound system and complimentary XM Satellite radio. We know you will find the Terrain to be comfortable and a great choice for your business travel.

Airport Service Rates
Please note that our general area of service is the Forsyth & Guilford County areas. We also serve surrounding counties however additional charges may apply to the published rates. Additional charges will be determined by the extra time and distance added to service your location from our general areas of service. Pick Up or drop off locations that are on the general route from our normal service area to one of the airports listed will not have additional charges, for example our normal areas of service are Forsyth & Guilford Counties, if you are in Advance in Davie County and want transportation to Charlotte Airport then there will NOT be additional charges as Advance in on the way from Forsyth County to Charlotte Airport. Another example is if you are located in Elon, Burlington or Graham in Alamance County and you are going to Raleigh Durham Airport then there will be no additional charges as your location will be on the way to RDU from our normal area of service (Guilford County)

A $50 Non-refundable deposit is required to make a reservation. A 20% gratuity will be added to the rates above for all reservations. 3 passengers plus 1 driver is the maximum capacity for comfort. Rates above do not include extra stops or excessive waiting time. Up to 15 minutes of waiting time are included in the rates above, Excessive waiting time (Past 15 minutes) and extra stops will be charged at a rate of $10 per 15 minutes. We reserve the right to upgrade customer to another vehicle if needed at no additional charge to the customer. (Town Car or Navigator). Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will result in the entire reservation amount being charged without refund, cancellations made with 48 hours or more before scheduled reservation time may be made with refund of all funds except for the $40 non refundable deposit. Should circumstances arise that we determine that we cannot operate and your reservation must be cancelled by us (Ice, excessive snow etc...) there will be a 100% refund.

Winter Weather Rate Changes: In the event that service is requested or required during times when there is frozen precipitation on the roads (Ice or snow), service will be charged at the hourly rate based on a Garage to Garage basis. This simply means if there is a winter storm and there is sufficient ice or snow on the highway that will require a much reduced  driving speed then the trip will be billed at the hourly rate beginning on when we leave our garage until we complete the service and get back to our garage. Minimum of 1.5 hours at the hourly rate. Should we determine that travel is not safe due to winter precipitation we reserve the right to cancel any reservation with a full refund to the customer.
